Semi-Commercial Finance: Client Refinances Property Worth £245,000

We recently sourced commercial finance worth £245,000 for a client based in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne who needed to refinance a semi-commercial, non-essential retail property.

This client came to us directly after having worked with us numerous times, and were looking to redeem a private funder loan that they had taken out on their security property.
