Based in Kent, the industrial unit had been converted into several new office spaces.
The client wished to redeem a bridging loan and find a long-term debt solution to retain the property as a commercial investment, so that they could earn an income from the tenants within the property.

We helped provide access to finance with a lender able to match the client’s requirements for the property, with a deal of £329,875.
In order for the lender to approve the case, we identified that a Full Repairing and Insuring Lease needed to be put in place in order to replace the licences.
