Outstanding Feedback Following Auction Property Purchase

Challenge

Our team were recently approached by a client who wished to secure the purchase of an investment property at auction. The client had two potential target properties and wanted to have the flexibility of purchasing either of the properties. Naturally being an auction purchase, speed of completion was also of the essence.

Solution

We identified a suitable bridging lender from our panel with a proven track record of completing auction purchases and with whom we have an excellent relationship. We obtained two Agreements in Principle to not only give the client the confidence that finance was available but also to provide the flexibility to the client so they could bid on either property.

Result

Our client was successful at auction and received a finance offer from the lender on the next working day. Finance 4 Business then worked closely with the lender and solicitors to achieve completion. This was a great result for the client as they were able to purchase the property and commence renovation works without delay.
