Meet the New Shareholders
We are proud to announce that CEO David Pinnington and Directors Melanie Johnson and Paul Atkinson are the newly appointed shareholders of Finance 4 Business, alongside founder and now Chairman Russell Martin and former LDC Chairman Darryl Eales, who recently became a shareholding investor.
David joined the business in 2017 and took over as CEO in March 2021, and now he has partners Melanie, who has worked at Finance 4 Business since 2010, and Paul, who joined in 2013, working by his side to lead the business during this new chapter.
The business was founded over 15 years ago by our Chairman Russell. He said,
“Finance 4 Business was my original baby and I’m proud of what I have achieved over the years in helping to make it the business it is today. But it’s time to fully hand the reins to David, Melanie and Paul, who have been a major ingredient in the recipe for success and will continue to drive the business forward, catering for a market evolving at pace.”
David, Melanie and Paul all have a wealth of experience and knowledge in this sector and as shareholders, they can contribute to the growth and vision of Finance 4 Business.
David said,
“It’s been a momentous year for us, with the launch of the ARMCO Group, and we feel this has significantly enhanced our offering and contributed to our success. This, combined with the expertise and experience of Melanie and Paul, means that we have a strong team to drive the business forward. “We will continue our mission to help investors, developers and businesses capitalise on the opportunities that are emerging in the property market.”
Our New Branding
Our new shareholders aren’t the only change! We have also unveiled our new brand identity to signify this new era. We’ve changed our logo, so it’s refreshed and realigned to the core USPs within the business.
The logo portrays our unique method of building transparent long-lasting relationships with customers and lenders alike, representing the fundamental need to keep dialogue and communication channels open at all times throughout the lifetime of a project, deal and relationship.
Our new branding has been carried through all our business channels, from our website and signage to our social media profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
